Get to know Leanne

“I’ve always had a passion for exceptional customer service”

Leanne began her career with a passion for customer service, leading a variety of contact centre teams within the life insurance industry. It was here she began to learn about Service Design, and it’s strong connection with empathy and it’s ability to bring to life a customers story.

With 10+ years of design experience, Leanne has worked within, and led design teams across start-ups, government and corporate organisations with a focus on improving the end to end customer experience.
